We now offer three rate tiers based on quantity: 1, 14, and 17 items.
For a single puzzle, we ship via air freight. For multiple items, we use sea freight.
For sea freight, we recommend ordering at least 14 items, as the minimum chargeable weight is 14kg.
Whether you order 2 or 14 items, the shipping cost remains the same. Orders with 15–17 items fall under the same shipping tier.
To get the best cost per puzzle, we suggest maximizing the quantity within each tier.
Due to an unusually high frequency of customs inspections in Australia recently, significant delays have been occurring across sea freight.
In response, we have added a new shipping option via SAL.
If you choose to continue placing orders via sea freight, please be aware that delivery may take over 60 days. The actual timeframe depends entirely on the efficiency of customs clearance, and we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date under these circumstances.
SAL, on the other hand, typically uses air transport and has an estimated delivery time of 20-40 days.
We’ve updated all shipping rates to gradually add up based on item count. For orders under 18 items, you can check out directly—no quote needed.
