Refund and Returns Policy

At Toppuzzleshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including any shipping costs.

Returns

We don’t accept a return item for any reason other than damage or defect, you may do so within 7 days of the receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

  • Gift cards
  • On-sale products
  • Second-hand products

Missing Pieces

If you have a missing piece in your puzzle, pls contact online service with

  1. The picture of the whole puzzle
  2. The picture of the missing piece area
  3. Coordinate(eg: line 15, row 4)

We will apply for the replacement for you. But pls note this may take some time, and you can only apply once for one puzzle.

How to Initiate a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at Toppuzzleshop. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refund Processing Time

Once your request is fulfilled, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
