Discontinued-1000pcs Jigsaw Puzzle-Botop Fusion-JiangNan

For orders to the USA, Canada, and Australia by SEA, to Europe by AIR, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes and duties are included in your final checkout price—no surprise fees at your door! For other international destinations or shipping methods, customers may be responsible for local VAT or customs duties per their country's regulations.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. For USA domestic orders, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International air shipping usually arrives within 7-20 business days while sea shipping 25-50 business days, depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Once your puzzle leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website.

We treat our puzzle boxes as pieces of art. All orders are shipped in reinforced, double-walled corrugated boxes with protective buffering to prevent dented corners or crushed edges during transit. We want your "unboxing" experience to be as perfect as the puzzle itself.

Just contact us, we will get you the replacement.
